Criteria for Increased Risk for Developing Delirium

• Patient age >80

• or age >65 and at least three conditions from COPD, heart disease, CAD, stroke, CKD, renal failure, psychiatric problems

• or age >65 and diagnosis of dementia

• or age >65 and NuDESC ≥2 during previous stay

• or age <65 and history of delirium diagnosis
