Chromatogram of the alkaloid fraction of M. jalapa flowers using LC-MS/MS analysis. A 10 µL alkaloid fraction was injected into the column using 7:3 acetonitrile distillation in water and 10 mmol ammonium acetate. Fractionated samples were collected into 3 mL tubes with flow rate at 1 mL/min. The phytochemical analysis was performed in triplicate and the above chromatogram represents three independent experiments.
