Demographic, tissue of origin, and genetic characteristics of the primary human fibroblast cell lines used in the Cellular Lifespan Study dataset. The dataset includes 6 healthy control donors, and 3 donors with SURF1 mutations that alter mitochondrial respiratory chain complex IV assembly and function, and lead to early death in affected patients.
