EpiDerm tissues were exposed to 500 mg L⁻¹ of Mn₃O₄ and GNA35 nanomaterials for 1 h. Their viability was analysed by MTT assay, which is expressed as a percent of the values obtained for the non-exposed tissue (NC). Data represented the mean ± standard deviation (SD). Differences were established using a one-way ANOVA followed by multiple comparisons test (Tukey test) and considered significant when P ≤ 0.05. The same letter indicates no significant differences between treatments.
