The results of the pairwise permutational multivariate analysis of variance (adonis) are given for pairwise comparisons of feeding categories of sun and shade leaves. The adjusted p-value represents the p-value after Bonferroni correction. The contribution of P. liobae to the total dissimilarity between mycobiomes according to SIMPER analysis (Similarity per cent) is given in the final column.
