Fatty acid methyl ester analysis and lipidomic analysis. After myogenic differentiation for 4 days, C2C12 cells transfected with si-NC or si-Apol9a were collected, and cellular fatty acid and lipidomic analyses were performed. (A) Cellular fatty acid profiles were detected through GC-MS following C2C12 differentiation. (B) orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) of lipid profiles in positive ion modes from C2C12 cells with or without Apol9a knockdown.
