Oncogenic RAS signaling regulates ZNF24 and SLC7A5 expression through MEK-ERK and PI3K-AKT pathways in KRAS mutant lung adenocarcinoma. (A, B) Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) diagram showing that SLC7A5 was enriched in the PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway. (C, D) qRT-PCR and Western blot results showed that the expression of SLC7A5 and ZNF24 was down-regulated after KRAS blockade. (E, F) The results of qRT-PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of SLC7A5 and ZNF24 was down-regulated after inhibiting MEK and PI3K. (G, H) The results of qRT-PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of SLC7A5 and ZNF24 was down-regulated after inhibiting ERK and AKT. The experiments were repeated 3 times.
