Cytotoxicity of dual alpha solutions. The influence of 1, 4, or 24 h incubation of ²²⁴Ra/²¹²Pb and ²²⁴Ra/²¹²Pb-TCMC-TP-3 on OHS spheroid growth at increasing ²²⁴Ra/²¹²Pb-activities. The normalized volume was calculated by dividing the volume of the treated spheroid by the volume of untreated spheroids at each week. Spheroids were 5.8–60 × 10⁶ μm³ at day 0. Specific activities were 2.3–9 MBq/mg.
