Immunohistochemical Staining for CD44v6 and RCAS1 in Cervical Cancer. The positive expression of CD44v6 was strongly localized on the tumor cell membrane of SCC (A) and adenocarcinoma (B). CD44v6 was present on the cell membrane in the basal, parabasal and intermediate layers of the squamous epithelium (C). The positive staining of RCAS1 was strongly expressed on the tumor cell membrane of SCC (D) and in the cytoplasm of adenocarcinoma cells (E).
