Knockdown of LDB2 promoted H1299 cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. (A‒B) qRT-PCR and western blot revealed that LDB2 expression was significantly decreased after transfection with siRNA-LDB2 in H1299 cell; (C) CCK8 assay showed that the proliferation of H1299 cell was promoted after silencing LDB2 for 48 and 72 hours; (D) A wound healing assay demonstrated that the migration of H1299 cell was accelerated after silencing LDB2 for 24 hours; (E) A transwell assay indicated that the invasion of H1299 cell was enhanced after silencing LDB2 for 24 and 48 hours. (F) Western blotting assays for the expression of cycle‐associated, invasion-associated, apoptosis‐related and proliferation-related proteins in H1299 cells after transfection with siRNA-LDB2 (* p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001).
