(A) CHE suppressed LPS-induced nitrite production in RAW264.7 cells. Cells were pre-treated with CHE in the presence or absence of LPS (1 µg/ml) for 24 h. (B) CHE did not affect cell viability at the tested concentrations. The cells were treated with stepped concentrations of CHE for 24 h. Data are presented as mean ± SD of three independent experiments. #p < 0.05 between control and LPS-exposed cells (no CHE); **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001.
