The samples were examined in Vero-E6 cells in triplicate. Vero-E6 cells were incubated with test compounds and SARS-CoV-2 (wuhan-HU-1 variant), and the concentration of test compound resulting in 50 % cell protection was reported as the EC₅₀. Values are the mean of three experiments, presented as the mean ± standard deviation (SD). ^bInhibitory rate against 3CL based on the FRET assay.
