D1 is the discovery cohort.

Continuous variables DLCE score and DLCS score were employed for Cox modeling, and the coefficients of the two variables in terms of OS were −0.4181 and −0.4400, respectively. We combined the two variables into a score through linear weighting, which was named WELL score, WELL score = −0.4181LDCE score −0.4400LDCS score.
