Supplemental Fig. S1ERG28 is conserved between kingdoms. (A and B) Protein sequences for ERG28 from S. cerevisiae, A. thaliana and H. sapiens were retrieved from UniProt (61). (A) Sequences were aligned in MEGA-X (62) using the ClustalW algorithm with default parameters. The resulting alignment was exported into JalView (63) and conservation scores for conserved residues in the alignment were automatically assigned according to (64). (B) Pairwise identity (%) or similarity (%) calculated by Geneious Prime (2020.2.4) from global alignments with free end gaps and a Blosum 62 cost matrix
