^aPAF (100 nM) or PGE₂ (1 nM) was added to PBL from an NP subject. The data were normalized by presenting the results as the percentages of the IgG2 response of NP PBL cultured in the absence of PAF or PGE₂. The 100% responses for NP IgG1 and IgG2 were 821 ± 28 and 486 ± 112 ng/ml, respectively. All data are expressed as the means ± standard errors.
