Wealth index	It was categorized as Poor, Middle, and Rich
Marital status	Not married or Married
Parity	The number of children ever born including the current pregnancy categorized as: 2 or less and 3 and above
Sex of household head	Head of household categorized as male or female
Household size	Household size classified as: 1–4, 5–9 and 10 and more
