IGF-1 EVs induce migration via Akt1/2 activity. a and b MCF10A cells were treated for various periods of time with Ctrl EVs and IGF-1 EVs and lysed. Cell lysates were analyzed by IP with anti-Akt1 Ab and anti-Akt2 Ab followed by WB with anti-p-Akt Ab. Membranes were reprobed with anti-Akt1 Ab and anti-Akt2 Ab.
