WT1 over-expression promotes HL-60 cell resistance to H2O2. (A) WT1-overexpressed HL-60 cells (HL-60O cells) were established by Lentivirus transfection, and WT1 expression was detected by Western blot (n = 3). The equivalent cells were incubated for 48 h. (B) Cell viability was detected by MTT assay (n = 6). (C) Relative cell fold was detected by MTT assay. Cells were treated with 100 μM H2O2 for 24 h. (D) DNA injury was indicated by the percentage of tail DNA in total DNA in Comet assay (n = 3). (E) Cell apoptosis was tested by Annexin V-FITC/PI dual staining in flow cytometry (n = 3).
