Note C=O stretching bands at 1724 cm−1, C–O stretching bands at 1278 and 1054 cm−1, asymmetric vibrations in the CH2– group at 2942 cm−1, symmetric vibrations in the CH3– group at 2865 cm−1, and –CONH2 group within the pyrrolidone ring at 1654 cm−1. The latter functional group is unique for PVP-coated TEVGs.
