Cell proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells treated with secretomes derived from osteo-induced (OIM) or noninduced (nonOIM) MSCs cultured on human decellularized bone matrix. The results showed that most of conditioned media could promote cell growth compared to the medium containing 5% FBS. Osteo-induced and noninduced UCMSC conditioned media had a higher potential to induce cell proliferation compared to the other groups. The absorbance at each timepoint represents mean ± SEM.
