In wild type livers, this genes expression is down-regulated by Bcl6 and NASH-induced lipid accumulation, injury, and tumorigenesis are progressed. In Bcl6-LKO mouse livers, up-regulation of these genes may be important for the suppression of NASH phenotypes.
