CI curves of (A) HepG2 cells and (B) A549 cells treated by increasing concentration of PEO. HepG2 and A549 cells were seeded into E-Plate96. E-Plate96 was locked in RTCA-DP device at 37 °C with 5% CO₂. Twenty hours postplating, cells were treated with different concentrations of PEO. CI was read automatically every 15 min and the recorded curves were normalized to the time point of cell seeding, referred to as normalized CI. All experiments were performed in triplicate. Point of PEO addition is shown by a black arrow.
