^aProtein A, immobilized on microtiter wells, was exposed to biotinylated full-length rgC1qR (MF) in the presence or absence of increasing concentrations of soluble protein A or nonbiotinylated rgC1qR. Binding was quantified after a 60-min incubation (37°C). Background rgC1qR binding to immobilized BSA was subtracted from all results. The percent binding of rgC1qR relative to rgC1qR binding in the presence of buffer was calculated. The data represent means ± SD; n = 4.
