Effect of Skeletonema marinoi (S.M.) (0.75 mg/mL) on Bax and Bcl-2 protein levels in Vero cells after 24 and 48 h of treatment. Experiments were conducted in triplicates, and the values were normalized towards the tubuline. Densitometric analyses were expressed as arbitrary units. Data are shown as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and were compared by ANOVA.
