zQ175Δneo mice exhibited robust, progressive motor abnormalities compared to WT mice. The motor performance of male (A,C,E) and female (B,D,F) WT (○) and zQ175Δneo mice (●) was assessed at 7-week intervals by performing accelerating rotarod (A,B), wire hang (C,D), and pole (E,F) performance tests. Data are presented as mean ± SD; N = 4–6.
