Semiquantitative PCR data from three experiments were normalized and sorted as shown. The QPCR data from experiments 1 and 2 are shown in Fig. 4a and 4b and c, respectively. Both liver and spleen tissues were analyzed in experiment 1. Comparison of the combined data from the control and serum-treated groups revealed high statistical significance (P = 0.0001).
