Proliferative responses of MEM T cells against P6. MEM T cells isolated from P6+CT-immunized mice or CT-immunized mice were incubated with feeder cells and P6. The control cultures were incubated without P6. In P6+CT-immunized mice, high levels of proliferative responses were induced in MEM CD4⁺ T cells by P6 (P < 0.01). Data are expressed as a stimulation index, where E/C = the cpm of [³H]TdR incorporated with P6/cpm of [³H]TdR incorporated without P6. These results are expressed as the mean ± the SE and were obtained from a total of three experiments with 20 mice per group.
