MPP⁺ increased levels of autophagy markers and decreased levels of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). Differentiated HDNPCs were exposed to 1 and 2.5 mM MPP⁺ for 24 h. LAMP-1, TH, LC3BI and LC3BII expression were evaluated using western blot. The presence of LAMP-1, TH, LC3BI and LC3BII were detected at 110, 62, 15 and 12 kDa, respectively. Protein expression was normalized to β-actin protein. Densitometric analyses were performed using the Li-COR Image Studio software.
