Data is presented as mean ± SEM of five independent biological replicates, with E_max expressed as the span of the curve (percentage of 1 μM CP55940 stimulation). Statistically significant differences when comparing the orthosteric ligand in the absence and presence of ZCZ011 were performed in GraphPad Prism using a paired t test, with p values indicated as * < 0.05.
