The effect size (r) value varies from 0 to close to 1. Values of r: 0.10 - < 0.3 (small effect); 0.30 - < 0.5 (moderate effect); > = 0.5 (large effect).
Interpretation: knowledge acquisition score increased by 21 points between post- and pre-session 1; session 1 had a large effect on the change in the score (r = 0.73).
