1. The oven was pre-heated at 180°C.
2. Ghee and sugar were mixed in a mixer for 30 min.

3. Add flour, eggs, vanilla extract and milk were added in mixer to mix for 15 min.
4. Two replications were made and then the mixtures were added in pans and baked at 170°C (T1) and 190°C (T2) for 20 min each.
