1. The oven was pre-heated at 180°C.
2. Ghee and sugar were added in a mixer to mix for 30 min.
All-purpose flour

3. Flour, eggs, vanilla extract and milk were added in mixer to mix for 15 min.
4. Two replications were made and then the mixtures were added in muffin pans and baked at 170°C (T1) and 190°C (T2) for 20 min each.
