1. Firstly, chicken was marinated with salt, soya sauce, white chilies, garlic, and black peppers. Then this material was refrigerated for 1 to 2 h. |

2. Egg white was beated and mixed with flour, corn flour, and salt until paste was developed. Then chicken pieces were dipped into the past and refrigerated them for 15 to 20 min. |

3. After this these chicken pieces were fried till appearance of golden color. In this way, nuggets were prepared. These nuggets were fried at 180°C temperature for 3 min (T1) and 4 min (T2) each. |
