Interaction of single molecules of sfGFP-VASH2–SVBP (V2_FL) with Taxol-stabilized microtubules enriched in tyrosinated HeLa tubulin studied by single-molecule TIRF microscopy. VASH2 complex (50 pM, green) bound less frequently, for much longer times, and diffused significantly less on microtubules (magenta) than VASH1 complex. Scale bar, 2 μm.
