The workflow of DeepDiscern. In total, 20,612 angiographic images were collected from DICOM videos of 10,073 patients. Under the supervision of the labelled images, we trained the lesion morphology detection model and coronary artery recognition model of DeepDiscern. After training, the detection and recognition models generate the result images. These two results were combined to generate a high-level diagnosis.
