Sensorgrams of DNA–DNA interaction between immobilized 5′-T₇GT₇ and the target DNA of 5′-A₇CA₇ at 0.5, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05 and 0.02 µM, respectively, from top to bottom in 5 mM spermine, buffered by 20 mM Tris–HCl at pH 7.3. The association rate was increased along with the concentrations of target strands and the dissociation rate was independent of concentration.
