Kaplan-Meier arrhythmia free survival analysis for post ablation AF recurrence according to the LA EAT index. Better arrhythmia free survival was detected in patients with an LA EAT index ≤ 14.29 mL/m² (log rank = 14.79; p-value < 0.001). Recurrent arrhythmia was observed in 7.3% of patients with an LA EAT index >14.29 mL/m² compared to 46.7% of patients with an LA EAT index > 14.29 mL/m² (p-value <0.001).
