The RBBP8 methylation profile divided by (A) BRCA1 and (B) RAD9A somatic mutations. Patients were stratified to groups – platinum-sensitive harboring wild type BRCA1/RAD9A genes (N = 30, green color), platinum-resistant harboring wild type BRCA1/RAD9A genes (N = 20, purple color), and platinum-sensitive harboring mutant BRCA1/RAD9A genes (N = 2, pink color) based on the platinum resistance status determined by platinum-free interval (PFI).
