All the tested isolates were grown in ISP 2 broth in shake flasks at 28°C for 7 days. 1, Streptomyces sp. G1T; 2, Streptomyces sp. G2T; 3, Streptomyces sp. G3T. All data are obtained from this study. –, not detected or composition is less than 0.5% of the total fatty acids. Summed feature 3 contains C16:1 ω7c and/or C16:1 ω6c; summed feature 9 contains iso-C17:1 ω9c and/or 10-methyl C16:1.
