DEX alleviates acute lung injury and systemic inflammation in CLP mice. A HE staining was used to detect the pathological injury of mouse lung, and the lung injury score was obtained by the Mikawa method. The total histopathological scores were: Control (2 ± 0.63); CLP (12.8 ± 1.6); CLP + DEX (5.4 ± 0.8); B TUNEL staining was used to detect lung apoptosis.
