Two-way repeated-measures mixed-effects model analysis with participants as random factor was conducted in each muscle to examine the effect of protocol and stimulation intensity factors (fixed) on transspinal evoked potential (TEP) recruitment curve. The analysis of variance table of the fixed effects shows the F ratio, degrees of freedom (df), and P value separately for each muscle.
