Effects of H. pylori products on IL-2 production by PBMCs and Jurkat T cells. PBMCs and Jurkat T cells were incubated with various concentrations of different H. pylori products with PHA plus PMA for 24 h as in Fig. 2. In the absence of PHA plus PMA, IL-2 secretion by resting cells was below the detection limit (0.1 U/ml).
