Hydrogen peroxide sensitivity of C. jejuni strains M129N (wild-type katA), JD900 (katA::kan), and JD901 (katA::kan::pJD106). Bacteria were incubated in 1 mM hydrogen peroxide; at times indicated, numbers of surviving bacteria were determined using dilutional plate counts.
