Effect of the treatment with PAF antagonist on the parasite load in lymph nodes and spleen. Mice were infected and treated with BN52021 as described in Fig. 4. At 2, 5, and 7 weeks post-infection the animals were killed and the popliteal lymph nodes (A) and spleens (B) were removed for quantification of the parasite load by limiting dilution.
