sTCR-γδ tetramer staining of activated monocytes is sensitive to inhibition of mitochondrial ROS and fatty acid and glucose utilization. LPS-activated monocytes were treated with the mitochondrial antioxidant MitoQ at the indicated concentrations, or with inhibitors of carnitine palmitoyltransferase-1, etomoxir, or glucose utilization, 2-deoxyglucose (2DG).
