RT-LAMP with different times for the reverse transcription step and primers for MS2 (a) and SARS-CoV-2 (b). The temperature of the reverse transcription step was 55 °C for RT and RT-Sto and 60 °C for the remaining enzymes. Each enzyme is marked by the color specified in the legend. SARS-CoV-2 RNA fragment and MS2 genomic RNA were added in the reactions to a final concentration of 10³ copies per reaction. Time-to-threshold (Tt) values are presented on the X-axis, and the time of the reserve transcription step is shown on the X-axis. Each experiment was triplicated, with error bars representing one SD.
