Remote monitoring data, along with data from EHRs and medical images stored on local computers, can be transferred to a cloud computing network, allowing for data integration. Blockchain technology (a) can allow for secure data transfers between systems and allow for data decentralization. Such pools of data, once established, can be used to train powerful ML algorithms, which can be used to guide remote interventions and identify patients needing loser follow-ups.
