^aResting T cells from Mycobacterium-specific T-cell lines were cultured with MIM or with autologous macrophages pulsed with 15 μg of rAg85A, rAg85B, rAg85C, or no antigen. Supernatants were harvested from triplicate cultures at 24 h (IL-4) and 72 h (IFN-γ) and tested by an ELISA. Results are expressed as levels of cytokines from stimulated cultures minus unstimulated cultures. ND, not determined.
