Adenosine A1 agonist effects on ONH edema and RGC survival. Trabodenoson drops were administered twice daily for 3 days prior to rNAION induction and for 2 weeks post-induction. (A). ONH edema. There is a statistically significant 15.4% reduction in ONH edema in Trabodenoson-treated eyes compared with vehicle-treated eyes. Two-tailed t test: * p = 0.049. (B). RGC preservation.
