HA as induced by spike protein concentrations of 0.27, 0.53, 1.06 and 2.12 ng/µL for the Wuhan, Alpha and Delta strains of SARS-CoV-2, and at spike protein concentrations of 0.07, 0.13, 0.27 and 0.53 ng/µL for Omicron. Effects on reversal of HA are shown for IVM at concentrations of 1, 2, 4 and 8 µM added 30 min after RBCs and spike protein. Similar results were obtained for inhibition of HA by IVM (not pictured), with differences described in Section 2.1 and summarized in Table 1.
